Finding your ideal garment fit
Patriot Merch apparel is custom manufactured on demand when you complete an order. Because every t-shirt, hoodie, and hat is produced individually, our store does not process returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, as detailed in our returns policy.
To ensure you choose the best size, we recommend taking a favorite shirt from your wardrobe, laying it flat on a table, measuring the width and length, and comparing those numbers to the manufacturer charts below.
Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex jersey short sleeve tee
Our lightweight graphic shirts are printed on the Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tee. Made from 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (Heather colors contain polyester) with a fabric weight of 4.2 oz/yd² (142 g/m²), this shirt features pre-shrunk fabric, side-seamed construction, and shoulder-to-shoulder taping.

Comfort Colors 1717 unisex heavyweight tee
Our heavyweight graphic tees are printed on the Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed tee. Made from 100% ring-spun cotton with a fabric weight of 6.1 oz/yd², this shirt offers a relaxed fit and vintage garment-dyed color tone.

Bella+Canvas 3719 unisex pullover hoodie
Our hoodies are printed on the Bella+Canvas 3719 pullover. It is 52% Airlume combed ring-spun cotton and 48% poly fleece (heather colors are 60% cotton, 40% poly fleece), with a fabric weight of 8.0 oz/yd² (271 g/m²), a regular fit and side-seamed construction. It comes in sizes S to 2XL.

How to measure and compare fits
- Chest Width: Lay your shirt flat and measure across the front from side seam to side seam, approximately one inch below the armpit. Double this number if you need the full circumference.
- Body Length: Measure in a straight line from the highest point of the shoulder (beside the collar) down to the bottom hem.
- Fit Comparison: The Bella+Canvas 3001 is a unisex tee; if you prefer extra room, consider sizing up. The Comfort Colors 1717 has a relaxed fit.
Embroidered hats and caps
Our embroidered caps feature a versatile, one-size-fits-most adjustable structure across two classic silhouettes:
- Classic Dad Hat (Yupoong 6245CM): Unstructured, 6-panel, low-profile cap with a 3 ⅛ in (7.6 cm) crown and an adjustable strap with antique buckle. Fits head circumferences of about 20.5 in to 24.4 in (52 cm to 62 cm), per Printful’s size guide.
- Retro Trucker Hat (Yupoong 6606): Structured, 6-panel, mid-profile cap with a 3.5 in (8.9 cm) crown, mesh back, and plastic adjustable snapback closure. Fits head circumferences of 21.63 in to 23.63 in (21 ⅝ in to 23 ⅝ in, or 54.9 cm to 60 cm).
Garment care recommendations
To maintain fabric softness and print durability:
- Machine wash cold inside out with similar colors using mild detergent.
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve shape and avoid excessive shrinking.
- Do not iron directly on printed graphics or embroidery.
