Made-to-order manufacturing process

All patriotic t-shirts, hoodies, embroidered caps, and stickers available on Patriot Merch are produced on demand. Rather than keeping mass-produced inventory in a storage warehouse, each item is printed or embroidered individually once your order is placed. This on-demand fulfillment method prevents overproduction and ensures each piece receives attentive quality inspection.

We collaborate with Printful, a domestic print manufacturing partner, to craft and dispatch your products. Printful receives the recipient name, shipping address, order contents, and contact phone number (if provided for carrier alerts) strictly to manufacture and deliver your items.

Production and fulfillment schedules

Because each item is crafted individually, order fulfillment consists of two distinct stages: production and carrier transit.

  • Printed tees, hoodies, and stickers: Graphic t-shirts on Bella+Canvas and Comfort Colors garments, pullover hoodies, and vinyl stickers typically require 2 to 5 business days for printing, curing, and packaging.
  • Embroidered headwear: Custom embroidered patriotic hats require specialized machine threading and finishing, which can take up to 7 business days to complete.
  • Production cutoff: Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays enter production queues on the subsequent business day.

Orders are sent to Printful and confirmed for production automatically as soon as payment succeeds. If you need to change or cancel, email [email protected] right away with your order number. We can change or cancel only until Printful starts making it, which can be within a few hours; after that we can’t stop it.

Domestic shipping and transit times

Patriot Merch currently ships exclusively to physical street addresses and post office boxes within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once production is completed, your package is transferred to a tracked domestic carrier (including USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Delivery transit times typically range from 3 to 8 business days across the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses may experience longer transit times depending on carrier routes.

Shipping rates

Every order ships by tracked standard shipping within the United States, at one simple rate:

  • Orders under $60: $4.99 flat, whatever the weight or how many items are in the order.
  • Orders of $60 or more: free standard shipping. The $60 counts the items in your cart before tax and shipping, and the discount is applied automatically.

Order tracking and carrier delivery

When Printful prints your shipping label and the carrier scans your package into transit, our store system sends an automated shipping confirmation email via Resend. This email contains your carrier name and tracking link so you can monitor your package from the print facility directly to your home.

If your tracking link indicates that the carrier delivered your package but you cannot locate it, please check surrounding entryways and consult neighbors. If your parcel remains missing after 48 hours, or if an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance under our returns policy.
