Frequently asked questions
How are Patriot Merch apparel and hats produced?
All shirts, hoodies, hats, and stickers are manufactured on demand in partnership with Printful. Orders are sent to Printful and confirmed for production automatically as soon as payment succeeds. Graphic tees, hoodies, and stickers typically take two to five business days to print, while embroidered caps require up to seven business days. Orders ship via tracked carriers within the United States, taking three to eight business days to arrive.
What is the difference between Bella+Canvas 3001 and Comfort Colors 1717 tees?
The Bella+Canvas 3001 is a lightweight 4.2 oz combed cotton tee with a modern, tailored retail fit that fits close to the body. The Comfort Colors 1717 is a heavyweight 6.1 oz ring-spun cotton tee with a relaxed, classic American cut and garment-dyed wash. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders are sent to Printful and confirmed for production automatically as soon as payment succeeds. If you need to change or cancel, email us right away with your order number. We can change or cancel only until Printful starts making it, which can be within a few hours; after that we can't stop it.
What is the Patriot Merch policy for damaged or misprinted items?
If an item arrives damaged from transit, has a manufacturing defect, or exhibits an obvious misprint, contact us within thirty days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Our team will review the photos and send a free replacement reprint or issue a full refund through Stripe. We cannot accept returns for buyer remorse or incorrect sizing.
Do you offer free shipping on patriotic apparel orders?
Yes. Orders of $60 or more ship free by standard shipping; the $60 counts your items before tax, and the discount is applied automatically. Orders under $60 pay a flat $4.99 for shipping.
Are Patriot Merch caps adjustable to fit different head sizes?
Yes. Our embroidered caps are built as one-size-fits-most headwear. Each cap features an adjustable rear fabric strap with a metal closure buckle or an adjustable snapback mechanism. The Classic Dad Hat (Yupoong 6245CM) fits head circumferences of about 20.5 in to 24.4 in (52 cm to 62 cm), and the Retro Trucker Hat (Yupoong 6606) fits 21⅝″–23⅝″ (54.9–60 cm).
How should I care for my printed and embroidered shirts?
To keep your garments in top condition and prevent graphic cracking or fading, machine wash cold inside out with like colors using a gentle detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve garment shape and minimize shrinkage. Never iron directly over printed typography or embroidered areas, and avoid chlorine bleach.
